Returns and Refunds

Your satisfaction is our top concern, and the customer will always be right at RACI. Please contact us for all return authorizations and warranties. All stock returns must be in their original packaging and returned within 45 days and are subject 15% restocking fee. The warranty period for all products is 1 year. If possible, please inform a detailed description of the reason why a return or refund is being sought, as well as video or pictures of the problem with the part(s).
